"Not the cleanest visit"
I don’t remember much else about the place, but the sticky tables really stuck with me. The bins were overflowing too when I was there, so it didn’t feel very well kept

"Online orders are usually okay, except when I get unlucky"
Most of the time my online orders go through fine, but of course the one time I really needed it to be ready, my pickup ended up being late. It was just frustrating because I felt like I was the one stuck waiting around while everyone else’s orders seemed to be moving...

Most days, the menu has a good mix of options and I can usually find something I want. Every now and then I wish there were a few more choices, but overall it’s been solid.

"Pretty solid lunch today"
Grabbed a Whopper for lunch and it actually tasted really fresh. Nice surprise. Fries were okay, but they could’ve been hotter. Still decent overall.

"Solid deals most of the time"
I’ve had a good experience overall. The meals are usually affordable when I use coupons, and the portions are decent for the price. The app can be a little slow now and then, which is kind of annoying, but the deals make it worth using most days.

"Ridiculously quick drive thru stop"
I swung by the drive thru after work it was ridiculously quick. My fries were hot, the burger was made right, and the guy at the window was friendly. Super easy stop with no issues at all

"Not very convenient around me"
Burger King is okay, and I don’t really have any big complaints about the food, but the locations near me just aren’t that handy.
I’ve checked burgerking.ca a few times when I’m trying to grab something quickly, and the closest one is still enough out of the way that it doesn’t feel like a fast lunch stop. When I’m already feeling rushed, having to deal with an awkward drive or annoying parking kind of puts me off.
I’d probably go more often if there was a better location nearby, but right now it just feels like more effort than it’s worth.

"A Hot Meal When I Needed It"
I stopped in hungry and wasn’t expecting much, but when my burger and fries came out, they were actually hot and fresh. The fries still had that nice crisp to them, and the burger was warm all the way through. It ended up being a simple, satisfying meal with no complaints from me

"Payment got a little messy, but it worked out"
I ended up getting charged twice somehow, which was frustrating at first. The refund did come through, just later than I expected, so it turned out okay in the end, if that makes sense.

"Good coupons, but the instructions could be clearer"
I mostly use Burger King Canada for the coupons and promos, and some of the deals are decent. The frustrating part is that it’s not always clear which locations actually accept them, so I feel like I’m guessing sometimes. I had a code fail at checkout once and ended up having to restart my whole order, which was annoying. It’s not a terrible experience, and when the coupons work they do save money, but I’d really appreciate clearer instructions and a smoother process.

"Dinner showed up hot and right on time"
I ordered dinner through burgerking.ca the other night, and it went smoother than I expected. I figured I’d be waiting a while, but the food showed up quickly. The fries were still warm, the burger was packed properly, and the driver had no trouble finding my place. Solid experience overall, and I’d definitely order again.

"Support really came through for me"
I had a missing item from my mobile order, so I reached out through burgerking.ca, feeling annoyed and expecting it to be a whole hassle. To my surprise, they got back to me way faster than I thought they would.
They were kind, asked for my receipt info, and took care of it without making me feel like I was bothering them. It was such a relief to have it handled that easily, so yeah, definitely 5 stars from me...

"I tried the Whopper combo i kind of..."
I tried the Whopper combo i kind of wish I hadn’t waited so long to get it. The burger had that really good grilled taste, the fries were fresh and salty, and the sauce wasn’t overdone. No complaints from me, I was happy with it.
